Rick Sydnor, Vice-President
Rick and Dr. Davidson share a godly and passionate vision to reach millions of souls with the “Life Changing” power Of Gods redeeming love, grace, and hope through out the world, especially in the beautiful country Zambia.
Rick along with his wife Glenda, are responding to Gods calling for them to live and build a foster-network organization by partnering church families there in Zambia with Church families here in America that will help to reach out to the thousands upon thousands street children who have no Daddy’s or Mommy’s to take care of them. Many of these children have lost their parents due to the increasing deaths brought on by Malaria, HIV, and other deadly circumstances. It is their desire to bring hope to these children through the love of Jesus by connecting them with godly families that will reach out and take them in to care for them. Unfortunately the Church families are very poor here in Zambia and are not financially able to take care of their physical needs. Our vision and desire is to partner these Zambian church families with American church families to help out financially and emotionally, to provide love, shelter, clothing, food, medical, education, and the main thing, the raising of these street children in and through the love of our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ.
Rick is a graduate of Criswell College with a BA in Biblical studies and Pastoral Ministry. Glenda is a graduate of Oral Roberts University with a BA in Social work. For many years Rick has shepherd several churches as a bi-vocational pastor while owning and operating a successful company in Dallas TX. Currently, Rick is serving fulltime as Dr. Davidson Executive Pastor at Fortified Hills Baptist church in Dallas GA. Rick has traveled to Africa on numerous mission trips along with being involved with international mission trips to Hong Kong, China and South America. His last two trip have been to Zambia where has helped lead and coordinate the current work there.
Rick and Glenda have 4 wonderful children, one grand daughter with one on the way, due in mid November. Brandon and Blake who live in Lynchburg Virginia, are graduates from Liberty University and married two beautiful southern women, Brittany and Jenny, who also are graduates of liberty. It is Blake and Jenny who are expecting with great love and anticipation their first child. Bailey, Joseph and little Jade who just turn 4 this August, live in Seattle, WA. Noel who is 12, is their youngest daughter.
It is our desire and hope that you will partner with Life Change ministry through prayer and financial help to reach out to the Zambia people and the thousands upon thousands of orphans who are in desperate need of hope and love. The only way to impact their lives is through the power of the Gospel and Jesus Love for them. Help us to fulfill Gods vision, purpose and calling by partnering with Life change.

Stephen Spivey
Stephen Spivey is an instigator of hope. Since he was called to the ministry in 1997, he has had a passion for the lost and the forgotten. He believes when people see others in need that they will rally to the cause and find a way to inject hope and love, no matter how difficult the situation. That is why it truly excites him to see people join in the Life Change pursuit of winning souls across our globe in various mission fields.
During his amazing time in the ministry Stephen has had the privilege to serve as a youth pastor, as well as serving under Dr. Dewey Davidson in the capacity of an evangelist - preaching at revivals, benevolent centers, and in prison ministries. He also writes for various blogs and magazines, such as One Praise Magazine.
When he first gave his life to Christ, Stephen heard a soft calling telling him to "Go into the world and preach the gospel to all creation." That soft calling steadily became louder over the years until it became very clear that he was to go out and work with the oppressed, the orphaned, and the widows of foreign countries.
Mexico City - There are 25 million people bursting at the seams living in Mexico City and many of them are surviving below the poverty line. Urban Sprawl? …to say the least. There are people living on trash dumps, homeless children using drugs, teenage girls being kidnapped and trafficked into prostitution, and grandmothers begging in the streets so they can feed their families. Urban sprawl has made a ripe environment for urban slums. This environment is not getting better, in fact, it is getting worse every day.
Africa – The goal is for Stephen and various short-term teams to travel to Africa two to three times per year to share the gospel. During these trips our teams work with people that often have lost family members due to murder from civil unrest and/or from disease. A frightening statistic is that one out of five people in various countries in Africa are infected with HIV/AIDS. Over 12 million African children have lost parents to AIDS! We are working against the clock in more than one way to reach the lost for Jesus.
There are many ways you can help – through dedicated prayer, donated financial support or by attending a short term mission. Contact us and let us know how you want to be involved.
Currently, Stephen and his lovely wife D. D. live in Mexico City, Mexico

Mark B. Fricks
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship.“ Romans 12:1
How does one go about living their lives as a living sacrifice? That is the question and the goal of Mark Fricks. Mark’s extensive background has truly prepared him for the work that lies ahead in working with Life Change.
Mark’s business experience includes holding several C-Level positions, the founding of several businesses, financial planning for individuals and companies, as well as business and executive coaching. Throughout his life, Mark has sought to honor God – and now, as a result of God’s magnificent grace, a new chapter has begun.
Mark’s ministry experience is equally wide-ranging. Mark has sought to disciple and evangelize as a Sunday School teacher, youth director, worship leader, deacon and ordained elder. His mission work includes teaching, preaching, building, and guiding trips all over the world, including such far away places as Nicaragua and Romania, as well as local work in places such as New Orleans, Wisconsin, Kentucky and the Carolinas.
Mark thoroughly enjoys teaching and presenting to large and small groups, using various techniques to convey his message. In addition, he covets those opportinities to share one-on-one with those that are seeking a closer walk with Christ, or a soon-to-be convert, looking for answers in a world spinning out of control.
Mark is expected to bring his gift of administration and teaching to Life Change, using his knowledge and experience to help shape the future of the ministry.Mark holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from Shorter College in Rome, Georgia, with a Minor in Leadership Studies.
On a personal note, Mark is the husband of Karen Crowder Fricks, an independent Speech-Language Pathologist. Karen and Mark are the proud parents of three children, Evan, an aspiring actor living in New York, Alyse, the wife of Jaron Shaffer, a youth minister in the Atlanta area (and they are the proud new parents of our first grandbaby, Elijah), and Anna, an 8th grader at Trinity Chapel Academy.
Josh Herring
It was on a short-term mission trip to Zambia with Dr. Dewey Davidson and Rick Sydnor where Josh Herring heard and answered the call to serve in full-time ministry. Fully convinced that Jesus desires for all Christians to share the Gospel, Josh is called to reach the lost with God’s truth and challenge Christians to get busy sharing their faith. Josh loves to see people meet Jesus for the first time. He has proclaimed the name of Jesus in Zambia and Romania.
Josh’s wife, Amy, is the perfect complement to their ministry. Amy is a gifted care group leader and Sunday School teacher using her spiritual gifts of hospitality and mercy. Josh and Amy have two children, Bryce and Olivia, with Lillie expected to join them in September of 2011. Currently Josh is enrolled at Liberty University where he is pursuing a Masters of Divinity. Upon graduation he plans to pastor and lead short-term mission trips.
